Intersession.
In both the fall and the spring sessions, a scheduled break from the pre-planned tutorials allows parents and tutors the chance to offer completely atypical learning opportunities to the GMTC community.
During Fall Intersession, members work on a non-academic skill. From metal working and graphic novel development to knitting and game design and everything in between, members can learn something otherwise not offered by their homeschool plan. This opportunity allows all the member families to showcase their talents and offer them to their co-op community.
During Spring Intersession, the entire membership takes one week to put together our annual GM Gala, a homegrown vaudevillian theatrical extravaganza. This performance showcases their talents to the co-op community. In just one week, members design, build, memorize, and rehearse their performance for the larger community.
